— THE STORY
The Heart Behind the Work
Our work is rooted in intentional pouring into people, spaces, and moments that matter, all aligned with The Pour — a shared belief that when I fill your cup, please refill mine.
These experiences are designed to nurture growth, spark reflection, and strengthen connection. When people are poured into well, they do not just grow — they carry it forward.
A Louisiana native and Birmingham resident, Amanda is an educator, published children's book author, and community builder whose work spans kindergarten through the collegiate level. She currently serves as a 5th-grade ELA mentor teacher and is pursuing her Ed.S. in Instructional Leadership at Samford University.

Poured Into, Filled Up
It has been an absolute pleasure co-teaching writing lessons alongside Amanda. Using her wonderful book The Merry Blueberry, we guided students through the narrative writing process in an engaging and meaningful way.
Today was AMAZING!! The Pour was EVERYTHING! I literally sat in a room with some great women that shared from their heart! Testimonies were shared, tears were shed, voids were filled, and we were EMPOWERED!
I am a very proud Mom and not just of my wonderful daughter. The Pour Refined was absolutely mind blowing. The room was filled with the most amazing, knowledgeable, caring, articulate, passionate and God fearing ladies. I’m blessed to have been in the room. You ladies are as the young folks say “🔥”. Love you all. The Pour, Redefined.
